Derrick Gosselin : ウィキペディア英語版 | Derrick Gosselin Derrick Philippe Boduin Gosselin (born 12 September 1956) is a Belgian engineer and economist. Chairman of the Belgian Nuclear Research Center SCK-CEN and a fellow of the Royal Academy of Belgium. Founder of the Institute for Futures Research. == Government career == He is on the Board of Governors of the Royal Higher Institute for Defence 〔http://www.irsd.be/website/index.php/en/home-en/about-the-institute〕 and was appointed in 2013 Honorary Consul of France to Belgium. He was Head of Cabinet of the Minister-President of the Flemish Government. Author and architect of the New Industrial Policy for Flanders 〔(New Industrial Policy for Flanders )〕 including the setup of an Industrial Transformations Fund (TINA). During that period he was also government commissioner of the Agency for Innovation by Science and Technology of Flanders (IWT). He started his career as attaché for Innovation and Technology at the department for Scientific Policy within the Office of the Belgium Prime Minister.
